At Woodexco, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and timely delivery of our MDF furniture and home furnishing products across Egypt. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our delivery coverage, timelines, fees, and conditions.

1. Delivery Coverage

Woodexco delivers to all governorates across Egypt through trusted logistics partners and our delivery team.

For bulk orders, commercial projects, or large furniture quantities, customized delivery arrangements can be coordinated upon request.


2. Order Processing Time

Processing time depends on the type of product ordered:

  • In-stock standard furniture: 2 – 5 business days

  • Made-to-order or customized items: 7 – 14 business days

  • Large commercial or bulk projects: Timeline confirmed individually

Processing timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and production capacity.


3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is ready for dispatch:

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: 1 – 3 business days

  • Delta & Canal cities: 2 – 4 business days

  • Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3 – 6 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, force majeure events, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Furniture dimensions

  • Delivery location

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed or communicated before order confirmation.

Free or discounted delivery may apply for selected promotions or large orders.


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm address and availability.

  • Standard delivery is to the building entrance (ground floor) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Upper-floor delivery without an elevator or special lifting equipment may incur additional charges.

  • Installation services (if applicable) must be scheduled in advance.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery.

If any of the following issues are identified:

  • Visible damage

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing parts or quantities

They must be reported immediately to the delivery representative and to our support team within 48 hours.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to receive the order

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Bulk & Project Orders

For commercial, bulk, or project-based orders, delivery schedules, unloading requirements, and logistics planning will be customized and confirmed in writing.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Woodexco delivers within Egypt only.
