At Woodexco, we are committed to delivering high-quality MDF furniture and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

By purchasing from woodexco.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (assembled furniture, MDF products, and made-to-order items), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transportation

  • Incorrect product supplied (wrong item, size, color, or quantity)

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture once production has started

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer


2. Return Request Timeframe

Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts

Woodexco reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or replacement.


4. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


5. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.


6. Replacement Policy

In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • We will replace the product at no additional cost

  • Replacement timelines depend on stock availability or production schedule


7. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage, Woodexco will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is approved for other valid reasons, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture

  • Special finishes or color requests

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Assembled or installed furniture


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation, provided processing or production has not started.

Once preparation, customization, or production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.


10. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with Egyptian consumer protection laws and applicable commercial regulations.
